Cocktail Ingredients
  • 1.5 oz Raspberry Vodka
  • 1 oz Peach Liqueur or Peach Schnapps
  • 0.5 oz Sweet and Sour Mix
  • 3 oz Lemon-Lime Soda like Sprite, to top
  • 1 cup Ice cubes for shaking and serving
Garnish
  • 1 Maraschino Cherry

Equipment

  • Cocktail Shaker
  • Jigger
  • Tall Glass (Highball or Pilsner)

Method
 

  1. Fill a tall serving glass completely to the brim with fresh ice cubes.
  2. Add a handful of ice to a cocktail shaker.
  3. Pour the raspberry vodka, peach liqueur, and sweet and sour mix into the shaker.
  4. Secure the lid and shake vigorously for 10-15 seconds until the outside of the shaker is frosty cold.
  5. Strain the chilled mixture into your prepared tall glass over the fresh ice.
  6. Top the glass off with the lemon-lime soda.
  7. Give the drink one gentle stir to combine all the ingredients without losing the carbonation.
  8. Garnish with a single maraschino cherry on top and serve immediately.

Notes

To make a shot version instead of a tall cocktail, use 1/2 oz vodka, 1/2 oz peach liqueur, a splash of sour mix, shake with ice, strain into a shot glass, and add a tiny splash of soda on top.
